No. Camel safari at Sam Sand Dunes is an optional activity and is available at an additional cost, subject to availability and operating conditions.

Yes. An optional boat ride on Lake Pichola can be arranged during the Udaipur stay. The boat ride charges are not included in the standard package price.

Yes. Ranakpur Jain Temple is included as an en-route sightseeing stop while travelling from Jodhpur to Udaipur. It is renowned for its intricate marble architecture and beautifully carved pillars.

Yes. The package includes private AC transportation by Etios/Dzire for transfers and sightseeing according to the itinerary. The vehicle is not available for disposal outside the planned itinerary.

The package includes comfortable budget/standard-category hotels at each destination. Suggested hotels may be replaced with similar-category properties depending on availability and travel dates.

Yes. Breakfast and dinner are included during the hotel stays as specified in the itinerary.

October to March is generally the most comfortable period for a Rajasthan Grand Tour because of the pleasant weather for sightseeing. The cooler months are particularly suitable for exploring the desert regions of Jaisalmer and the outdoor attractions across Rajasthan.

Special Payment Rules

Taxes, Forex & Surcharges

• GST: Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Government of India will be added to the final invoice and is payable by the customer.
• TCS (Tax Collected at Source): For international bookings, TCS is mandatory as per RBI and Income Tax guidelines. Customers must provide a valid PAN card. The collected TCS will be reflected in your Form 26AS and can be claimed against your annual tax returns.
• Forex Fluctuations: For international travel, the total package cost is subject to the Rate of Exchange (ROE) on the date of final payment. Any increase in currency exchange rates prior to final settlement must be borne by the customer.

Default on Payment

• Failure to adhere to the stated payment schedule may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking.
• In the event of an auto-cancellation due to non-payment, the advance deposit will be forfeited as per the standard cancellation policy.

Flight Tickets

• Flight tickets require 100% payment before ticket issuance.
• Any fare difference arising before ticket issuance will be payable by the customer.
• Airline cancellation, amendment, rebooking or no-show charges will be applicable as per the airline's terms.
• Once tickets are issued, the applicable airline fare rules and cancellation conditions will apply.

Visa Fees

• Visa fees and applicable visa processing/service charges must be paid 100% in advance before visa processing begins.
• Visa fees are generally non-refundable once the application has been submitted or processing has commenced.
• Visa approval is subject to the concerned embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
• The agency does not guarantee visa approval unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.

Peak Season Bookings

• Peak-season bookings may require a higher advance payment depending on supplier requirements.
• Peak periods may include Christmas, New Year, Durga Puja, Diwali, summer holidays and other high-demand travel periods.
• Certain hotels, resorts, cruises, flights and special services may require 50% to 100% advance payment.
• Supplier-specific payment and cancellation conditions will apply where applicable.

Non-Refundable Services

• Certain services may require 100% advance payment at the time of confirmation.
• This may include non-refundable hotels, resorts, cruises, safaris, permits, special events, attractions and other supplier-specific services.
• Any such non-refundable component will be communicated to the customer wherever applicable.

Last-Minute Bookings

• Domestic bookings made within 15 days of departure: 100% payment is required before confirmation.
• International bookings made within 30 days of departure: 100% payment may be required, depending on flight, visa and supplier deadlines.
• Bookings made within 7 days of departure are subject to availability and immediate full payment.
• No booking will be considered confirmed until the required payment has been received.

Booking Confirmation

• A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance payment.
• Payment schedules may be adjusted if a hotel, airline, DMC or other supplier requires payment earlier than the standard schedule.
• In such cases, the customer will be required to make the payment according to the applicable supplier deadline.

Important Note

• All payment schedules are subject to the availability and payment terms of the respective suppliers.
• In case of any conflict between the standard payment schedule and a supplier's specific payment deadline, the supplier's deadline will prevail.
• Cancellation and refund conditions will be governed by the applicable terms of the booked services and suppliers.

In the event of a booking cancellation, charges are calculated based on the date written intimation is received prior to departure:

Standard Terms, Exceptions & Clauses

1. Flights, Trains & Ferries: Airfares, train, and ferry bookings are subject directly to the cancellation policies, penalties, and administrative fees of the respective carrier/IRCTC.
2. Peak Season / Blackout Dates: Bookings during peak periods (e.g., Diwali, Christmas, New Year, long weekends) and high-demand events are 100% non-refundable once confirmed or depends upon hotel policy.
3. Visa, Insurance & Permits: Charges for visa processing, travel insurance, permits, and embassy/biometric appointments are strictly non-refundable once submitted or purchased.
4. Non-Refundable Supplier Surcharges: Any non-refundable deposits levied by specific hotels, cruise liners, or local third-party operators will supersede the standard slab.
5. GST, TCS & Gateway Surcharges:
   • Government GST (Goods & Services Tax) and payment gateway convenience fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable.
   • For international trips, Tax Collected at Source (TCS) remitted to the Government cannot be refunded directly; clients can claim this through their annual Income Tax returns.
6. Date Changes & Rescheduling: Any modification or date change request is treated as a cancellation and fresh booking, subject to availability and fare differences, unless stated otherwise in writing.
7. Unused Services: No partial refunds or adjustments will be made for missed transfers, unused meals, unvisited attractions, or early check-outs during the trip.
8. Written Notice Requirement: Cancellations are accepted only via registered email sent to our official support address cancellation@primevistaa.com during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST). Requests received after hours or on public holidays will be marked on the next working day.
9. Force Majeure: The company is not liable to issue refunds for delays, cancellations, or itinerary alterations caused by acts of God, weather disruptions, civil unrest, political strikes, flight suspensions, or government restrictions.
10. Refund Turnaround Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original source of payment within 14 to 21 working days after supplier reconciliation.
11. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

• Room preferences, bed configuration, room location, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Transportation will be provided according to the vehicle category and passenger strength mentioned in the package.
• The sightseeing sequence may be adjusted depending on local conditions, traffic, weather, operational requirements and sightseeing timings.
• The actual duration of sightseeing and transfers may vary depending on road conditions, traffic and local circumstances.
• Meals will be provided according to the meal plan mentioned in the package. Menu and meal arrangements are subject to the respective hotel's or restaurant's operating conditions.
• Certain sightseeing places, activities and attractions may operate according to their own opening hours, weekly closures or seasonal schedules.
• Special requests such as specific rooms, adjoining rooms, dietary preferences, vehicle preferences or other arrangements will be subject to availability.
• Guests are advised to carry valid identification and all necessary travel documents throughout the journey.
• Guests should follow the instructions of the tour coordinator, driver, hotel, local authorities and service providers during the tour.
• The itinerary may be reasonably adjusted when required due to weather, road conditions, local restrictions, safety concerns or other operational circumstances.
• Any additional services or arrangements requested during the tour and not included in the confirmed package will be charged separately.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective hotels, airlines, transport operators, DMCs, activity providers and other service partners.
• A booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the applicable booking payment and written confirmation from the company.
• The itinerary, hotels, transportation and other services will be provided as mentioned in the confirmed booking voucher or final itinerary.
• Hotels mentioned in the package are subject to availability. In case of non-availability, the company may provide a similar-category alternative, subject to availability.
• Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by the respective hotel's policies. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and applicable charges.
• Room preferences, bed configurations, adjoining rooms, room locations and other special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.
• The sightseeing sequence may be changed due to weather, traffic, road conditions, local restrictions, attraction timings, operational requirements or safety considerations without materially affecting the overall tour.
• Transportation will be provided according to the vehicle category mentioned in the confirmed package. Vehicle usage will be subject to the agreed itinerary and applicable local transportation regulations.
• Any additional sightseeing, transfers, activities, meals, room upgrades or other services requested by the traveller after confirmation will be charged separately.
• Any increase in government taxes, fuel charges, permit fees, entry fees, airline fares, hotel tariffs or other mandatory charges imposed after booking may be payable by the traveller, where applicable.
• Unused services, meals, sightseeing, transfers, accommodation nights or activities will generally not be eligible for a refund unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
• Hotels, airlines, transport operators, restaurants, activity providers and other suppliers are independent service providers and their respective operational terms and conditions will apply to the services provided by them.
• The company will make reasonable efforts to deliver all confirmed services but will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, disruptions or service changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control may include adverse weather, natural disasters, road closures, strikes, political disturbances, government restrictions, security situations, pandemics, transportation disruptions and other force majeure events.
• Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identification, passports, visas, permits, tickets and other documents required for the journey.
• The company is not responsible for losses, delays or additional expenses resulting from incorrect, incomplete or invalid documents provided by the traveller.
• Visa approval, immigration clearance and entry into any country or restricted area are subject to the decision of the concerned government authority and cannot be guaranteed by the company.
• Travellers are responsible for complying with local laws, immigration regulations, hotel policies, transportation rules and instructions issued by local authorities.
• Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, passports, cash, electronic devices and other personal items throughout the journey.
• The company will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings except where liability is established under applicable law.
• Any special request communicated by the traveller will be treated as a request only and will be subject to availability and confirmation.
• Photographs, room images, vehicle images and other visual representations displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual service provided.
• Package prices are based on the information and rates available at the time of quotation and may change before confirmation due to supplier rate revisions, currency fluctuations, taxes or other applicable charges.
• Children, infants and extra-bed/mattress arrangements are subject to the policies and charges of the respective hotel, airline and service provider.
• The company reserves the right to make reasonable operational changes to the itinerary when necessary while making reasonable efforts to maintain the overall nature, quality and value of the tour.
• Payment, cancellation and refund matters will be governed by the applicable Payment Policy and Cancellation Policy mentioned for the package.
• In case of any conflict between the standard package information and a supplier-specific condition, the applicable supplier condition may prevail for that particular service.
• By confirming the booking, the traveller acknowledges that they have read and accepted the applicable package details, payment schedule, cancellation policy and these Terms & Conditions.
• Any dispute arising in connection with the booking or tour services will first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the traveller and the company.
• Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction specified by the company's registered office and applicable law.
• These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulations, supplier policies or business practices. The terms applicable at the time of booking will generally govern the confirmed booking, subject to mandatory changes required by law or authorities.
