Quotations and bookings
Browsing this site or submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. A quotation we send you is an offer, not a confirmed booking — a booking is confirmed only once you accept the quotation and complete payment. Prices, availability, and itinerary details are subject to change until then, and we will tell you if something changes before you pay.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
Cancellations and refunds

Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving us accurate information — names as they appear on your ID, correct dates, and correct group sizes — and for carrying valid identification and any travel documents your trip requires. Delays or extra costs caused by inaccurate information or missing documents are not ours to bear.
Our role
We plan and coordinate your itinerary, and work with hotels, drivers, and local operators to deliver it. Where a service is delivered by a third party — a hotel, a transport operator, an activity provider — that party's own terms and conditions also apply.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for delays, losses, or changes caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control — weather, road conditions, government action, or a third-party operator's own failure — beyond helping you find the best available alternative.
