Please read these Terms carefully before booking any tour with Prime Vistaa Holiday. By making a booking you agree to be bound by these Terms.

General Information
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Traveller" or "Customer") and Prime Vistaa Holiday Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). By booking any tour or service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Company acts as an organiser of tour packages and as an intermediary facilitating bookings with hotels, airlines, and ground transport operators. We are not liable for acts or omissions of these third-party service providers beyond our control.
These Terms are subject to change without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of booking shall govern your tour.
Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon:
- Receipt of the required advance deposit (as specified per package).
- Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Availability of seats on the chosen departure.
A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email within 24–48 hours. It is your responsibility to verify all details in the confirmation and notify us of any discrepancies within 48 hours.
The Company reserves the right to refuse a booking at its discretion without assigning reasons.
Payment & Currency
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- An advance of ₹5,000–₹15,000 per person is required at the time of booking (amount varies by package).
- The balance payment is due no later than 21 days before the departure date.
- Failure to pay the balance on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without refund of the advance.
- We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and EMI. Cheque payments require 5 business days for clearance.
- International tour prices may be subject to currency fluctuation. Any fare increase due to exchange rate changes will be borne by the customer.
Documents & Identification
It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they possess all required travel documents:
- Domestic Tours: Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Driving Licence).
- International Tours: Valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond the return date, and applicable visas.
- The Company provides visa assistance for select destinations (charges apply) but takes no responsibility for visa rejection.
- Travellers must carry original ID documents. Photocopies are not accepted at most hotels and checkpoints.
- Loss of documents during the tour is the traveller's sole responsibility.
Itinerary & Changes
The itinerary as described in the tour brochure/website is indicative. The Company reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel any part of the itinerary due to:
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, etc.).
- Unfavourable weather conditions.
- Operational requirements of airlines, hotels, or transport providers.
- Any other circumstance beyond the Company's reasonable control.
In such cases, we will endeavour to provide an equivalent alternative at no extra cost. No compensation or refund will be provided for changes caused by force majeure.
Accommodation & Meals
Accommodation is on a twin/triple sharing basis unless a single room supplement is paid. The Company reserves the right to substitute hotels of a similar or higher category without prior notice in exceptional circumstances.
- Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
- Meals are as specified in the itinerary. Special dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking.
- Room allocation within a hotel is at the hotel's discretion.
- Any room upgrades, laundry, room service, mini-bar, or telephone charges are at the traveller's expense.
Transport
All ground transport is by AC vehicles unless weather or road conditions make this impractical. Seat assignments within the coach are at the Tour Manager's discretion.
- Arrival and departure transfers are included only if the traveller has booked the standard meeting point/time.
- Flight tickets are not included unless explicitly stated. The Company is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections.
- Train travel (where included) is in the class specified. Upgrades are at the traveller's cost.
- The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from transportation by third-party carriers.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be communicated in writing to our office email. Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days of the cancellation date.

The advance deposit is non-refundable in all cases. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5–7 business days per bank policy.
Traveller Responsibilities
Each traveller is responsible for:
- Complying with all laws, regulations, and customs requirements of the destinations visited.
- Behaving in a manner respectful to fellow travellers, the Tour Manager, and local communities.
- Arriving at all designated pick-up points on time. The coach will not wait beyond the scheduled time.
- Ensuring fitness to travel. The Company may refuse participation by any person who is unfit to travel or whose behaviour poses a risk to others.
- Informing the Company of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
- Carrying adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and baggage loss.
Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the cost of the tour package booked. We shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury, illness, accident, death, loss, damage, delay, or additional expenses caused by force majeure, third-party service providers, or the traveller's own actions.
- Loss or theft of personal belongings during the tour.
- Medical expenses incurred during the tour.
- Costs arising from flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines.
- Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Registered Office City], India.
We encourage customers to resolve disputes amicably through our customer support channels before pursuing legal remedies.
